Classic Challenge 2016

Description: Last year I didn't read as many classic novels as I wanted to so this year I am setting myself the challenge of reading at least 5 classic novels chosen from the list below. Once I have read them, I will highlight and date when I finished it. At the And of each book, I will review it in a blog post and decide whether it's worth recommending. Although many people don't see the point in reading classics, I believe it is important to understand the historic value of the  core foundations of our popular literature. They're obviously classics for a reason, right?

2016 Complete Challenge

If you're reading this post it means you've navigated to the challenge page. If you have got yourself here then I'm presuming you have a keen interest in books. Therefore, I hope you know what Goodreads is. If you don't know what Goodreads is, then I suggest you find out. The website is www.goodreads.com and they also have an app. (I prefer to update my account on my ipad) On Good reads you can set yourself a challenge for the year for how many book so you would like to read. You then update your account throughout the year each time you read a book and the progress of your challenge will also be updated. My challenges for the last two years have been 30 books, however this year I have set myself the challenge of 40 books. Please add me as a friend o good reads searching for 'Charlotte Hawksworth' On Goodreads you can see what your friends are reading and how they rate each book.
